I took Bella and Luka to the park today because it was SO beautiful out. I took some pictures of them playing around. I really love these kids. Bella is 4 (going on 25) and Luka is 2 (going on 3 I guess)

Em and I managed to take Moseley to the park to run around and get fresh air for all. Pics and vids soon to come.
Can't hang like I use to! Our friend cowboy had a house warming/memorial day get together which ended up being a long day of partying but as always good times with good peeps! By the way this post was a day late, im retarded and confusing.

Training notes:
Sat. 60 mile ride day mostly w/targetraining, time ??, good speed w/some hard climb efforts.
Sun. 2hr trail run follwed by 1hr mtb ride

Happy memorial day to everyone. Just enjoying the day off both from work and exercise with my emily and the dog. Its a beautiful day out so hopefully we won't be 100% bums and sit around. I think we will grab lunch now at the local "eat fresh".

So what better way to look back on your past adventures and daily life then to put it on a blog for the whole world to see. I've come to see that blogs can be the answer to world peace. The point being is that I have read personal/family blogs from all over the world and country and feel that there is truth in these postings. Truth is good and enjoyable to read.

Ok, sorry, I almost went off on a major tangent.

Here's the deal, my beautiful wife (Emily) and I thought it would be a good idea to document what we're up to. We like to have fun. I love playing outdoors, especially skiing and training for my new passion, triathlon (1st triathlon happen to be an off-road xterra and the most fun so I think I will mainly keep to those) . My wife loves music and can belt out a tune. I think she likes our dog moseley more then me at times? She puts up with my many hobbies and is a real trooper!
